About Sander Ummelen
When every briefing you receive starts with the same core company values, it is time to consider a career change. After managing a marketing communication agency for over six years, Sander and his brother Stephan decided that the marcom environment was not optimal for creating the depth, impact and fulfilment they sought professionally. This resulted in the founding of Waardengedreven (Valuesdriven) in 2015, a consulting and project firm which aims to elevate the dialog around values, CSR, vision and purpose to a higher level.
Drawing inspiration from philosophy, marketing, change management and even religion, Sander and Stephan challenge organisations and the individuals working there to be idealistic, critical and above all: brave.
