How to be in Flow (in work, life and love) with The Lazy Guru
Let the Lazy Guru be your guide
His lessons for effortless and mindful self-improvement are based on the concept of being lazy, which goes back thousands of years. It's what the Chinese sages call Wu Wei or "no trying," a natural way of being—a flow state—where the body is relaxed and attention is focused.
What you’ll learn
Through a set of practical tools and exercises you’ll learn how to keep things in flow. Some of the topics we’ll zoom into:
• How change, inspiration and insights happen
• The patterns that repeatedly block progress
• How to harness the self-organising force
• Simple habits of mindfulness at work
There are only 30 spots available. Ticket price is €35, which includes an introduction lesson of Yin Yoga, drinks and a bite to eat afterwards. There’s an option to pay by card at the venue.
